Service Description

Install or replace a customer-supplied bathroom exhaust fan using existing electrical connections and ductwork when compatible. Service includes removal of the existing fan (if applicable), installation of the new fan, connection to existing wiring and ducting, and testing for proper operation. Customer is responsible for providing a compatible replacement fan. Does not include new wiring, electrical modifications, new duct installation, roof vent modifications, ceiling repairs, drywall work, or troubleshooting existing electrical or ventilation issues unless approved as an additional service.
