Service Description

Install or replace a customer-supplied ceiling fan using existing electrical connections and a compatible electrical box. Service includes assembly of the fan, removal of an existing fixture (if applicable), installation of the new fan, mounting, and testing for proper operation. Customer is responsible for providing a compatible fan, remote controls, and any manufacturer-specific components required for installation. Does not include new wiring, electrical modifications, installation of new electrical boxes, ceiling repairs, structural support modifications, or troubleshooting existing electrical issues unless approved as an additional service. 10ft ceiling max, taller ceilings extra.
