Service Description

Install or replace a customer-supplied light fixture using existing electrical connections. Service includes removal of the existing fixture, installation of the new fixture, basic assembly, mounting, and testing for proper operation. Customer is responsible for providing a compatible fixture and any manufacturer-specific components required for installation. Does not include new wiring, electrical modifications, ceiling repairs, installation of new electrical boxes, or troubleshooting existing electrical issues unless approved as an additional service. 10ft ceiling max, taller ceilings extra.
