Service Description

Install or replace a customer-supplied toilet using existing plumbing connections. Service includes removal of the existing toilet, installation of the new toilet, installation of a new wax ring and standard connection hardware as needed, leveling, and testing for proper operation and leaks. Does not include repairs or replacement of the toilet flange, shut-off valve, supply line, drain plumbing, flooring repairs, or any plumbing modifications unless approved as an additional service.
